What does "pre-order" mean?

When you "pre-order" a product from us, you're ordering a product that has not arrive to our warehouse yet. You are ordering a product before it is available, understanding that it will be shipped to you at a later date. Timeline of fulfillment varies for each product. If you "pre-order" a product from us, we'll be sure to communicate to you when you can expect to receive the product.

Who is the Hupomone™ Living Planner for?

This planner for women who carry much and pour deeply. She prioritizes her mental health, desires to experience more productivity in her life, and wants to discover and fulfill her life's purpose. She's ready to stress less so she can live a fulfilled life where taking care of herself is a necessity and not a luxury.

What is the quality of your products?

We partner with the best of the best to use premium, sustainably sourced materials. Your experience is out number one priority.

When will my order ship?

We process orders in the order that they come.

We find orders typically ship out within 2-5 business days of order placement, unless otherwise communicated to you. Once you place your order you will get an "order confirmation" email indicating that we've received your order.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will get an "order shipped" email (email tracking information included). Please note that once your order leaves our warehouse, it is in the carrier's hands.

Once your order has been delivered, you will receive an "order delivered" email.

During peak seasons (e.g. launch days and annual holidays), orders can take up to 7 business days to process. To check the status of your order, please review your “order shipped" email. Thank you so much for being patient with us.

Do you offer returns, refunds, or exchanges?

Providing you with a seamless and smooth process is important to us. Understanding that, we will not be issuing returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit at this time. Please double check your order and delivery address before checking out. Once your order has been placed, we cannot make changes. Thank you for understanding.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not ship orders outside of the U.S.A. We look forward to shipping internationally in the near future.
